I work from 8AM to 5PM 5 days a week. Impossible to phone at 8AM or 2PM as I need to earn a living. It has been impossible to get an appointment with any of the doctors. However I kept getting texts to remind me to have Flu Jab, & Covid boosters. I suppose they can claim money from NHS, that's why they keep pestering patients to have them done. And yet, if one is really ill & need to see a doctor, it is impossible to get an appointment!!!! CQC should make Langstone surgery as the worse surgery in Mill Hill. | |||||||

Absolute Joke of a Doctor Surgery. Staff and Doctors think they above the regulations and law. They need and will be taught a lesson. I have never ever seen a worse doctor practice in my life. Don't even think about coming here.... They are not doctor's, just a bunch of thick idiots that think they can boss everyone about. They will be reported and everything in Mill Hill East will go back to normal...... What a stink...... Pooooo | |||||||

It's getting impossible to get an appointment booked. Even if you manage to get it booked, no guarantee you will even get a call from GP. It's almost as good as not having any healthcare at all. Better go to private. | |||||||
