When one rings the surgery, the overwhelming impression is that whoever answers would rather have all her teeth taken out rather than give a patient an appointment. Wonder whether it is a competition between the receptionists for the one who will give the fewest appointment on that day...!!!??? Once or twice, I spoke to a very nice receptionist (in 6 years of being with this surgery). Now that they have move to the Vale Drive, as I have mobility problems, the surgery is out of reach for me... When, by some kind of miracle you've managed to get an appointment, most of the doctors are OK to good. |
