I and my husband were due blood pressure reviews before last lock down. Cancelled we were both told we would be re sheduled. Never happened, my husbands blood pressure not good , high and he is having a reaction to medication . He got to see a .Dr a month ago was told to persevere. Still not happy. Got told to go to Drs for testing on machine 20th April 2021 gets there at 12. All the computers not working got told they would be in touch, when computers sorted, did they No. I telephoned , after 45 mins Kim answered, got told he was on telephone appointment, for tomorrow. It begs believe how bad this surgery is for follow ups, promising to return calls, to rebook him to have his blood pressure taken, and also a appointment to see Dr about allergic reactions to meds. Got told she could not make appointment , she would loose her job it has to be telephone, call appointment until they are told other wise. I have also been waiting for someone to contact me about my cancelled appointment before last lock down. Since C 19 nothing or other illness or issues have been swept under the carpet and, we have no one we can get help from. Our surgery should be a place we can get help from. Can be assured we will see our Dr I think Stockwell Lodge needs a total overall and new Dr’s brought in to give patients the confidence that people care about their issues. I have had other issues, certain people have been appalled , I have stipulated that no Dr has contacted me, even though I have been pretty ill with issues.
