Dreadful practice Has gone downhill badly in the last 2 years. So many excellent staff have left. The new receptionists are often rude and a few times have witnessed receptionists arguing together. Appointments are so difficult to get. I have tried to speak to the manager but they always seem either unavailable or on holiday. What has happened to the surgery we had, well managed, good Drs and attentive polite, knowledgeable, receptionist staff? Do the partner Doctors no longer care about their staff and patients | |||||||

The staff are over worked and abused by rude intolerant patients. I have heard the way people speak to them- it’s appalling. How they manage this job is beyond me. When are the public going to appreciate them. COVID has brought out the worst in many patients. The surgery has been open to all their patients all through the pandemic. In my experience Everyone at Annandale is hard working and helpful. Thank you for being our surgery. | |||||||
