It clearly states on the web site that this surgery offers online booking of appointments. This is inaccurate. The surgery stopped offering this service when they brought in the diagnosis by telephone practice commonly known as telephone triage. I have contacted the Practice management on two occasions to ask when they were going to reintroduce online appointment booking, the first time they told me they would review in April 2014 and when they hadn't I contacted them again and received no response. Obviously efficiency and patient queries and concerns are not their strong point.
