I was waiting to be served at the receptionist's desk recently and read a notice on the counter stating that doctors and others had recently suffered abuse which would not be tolerated. I was shocked to read this. Not many people could become medical doctors; it is a calling only for people who are able to spend the whole of their working lives endeavouring to help, advise and cure people with all types of illness. I know that it takes a minimum of 10 years rigorous training and often more before qualifying to practise medicine. I have felt frustrated when spending long spells with my telephone in my hand waiting for my turn to speak to a doctor. It was only when I came to realise that the doctor I was waiting to speak to was spending even more time than me, with a telephone in his hand, trying to help other patients, without complaint. Covid has caused many problems. I do hope that whenever any of our practice staff suffer any abuse, the abuser is immediately told 'Goodbye forever'. |

Agree with one of the above reviewers, doctors are lovely IF you get to see them, but I am NEVER able to get an appointment! Reception just tell you to go to walk in or a&e! What is the point in having a surgery that you can never go to when you have a problem!!! I phoned constantly for half an hour !!! |

I had my covid and flu jab today which was excellent. Straight into the doctor both jabs, then out. Thank you. Sue Edwards |
