I am trying to access the NHS on my Smartphone. I know that they require a photo but i do have a passport photo and i tried to take it and other photos several times and it goes back to the beginning which is very frustrating. Dr Morgan has always been amazing to me and my family, she looked after my elderly mum so well and went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. Since my mum died she has been there for me and I know I wouldn’t have coped as well without her continued support I’ll never be able to thank her enough. I hope the practice realise and appreciate what an amazing dr they have as part of their team. Also very grateful for the kindness of Francesca. After reading some poor reviews I would like to say that this surgery has looked after me and my family through the generations and have always been very good. Over the last few years we have been looked after and supported by dr Morgan and she has been amazing going above and beyond what would be expected of her. The reception team have mainly always been kind and helpful Francesca being particularly understanding , the nursing staff have always been excellent too so I feel very lucky to be registered here and feel sad to see negative reviews the last couple of years have been hard for everyone and it hasn’t been an easy for you all so Thankyou everyone I hope you get to hear how much you are appreciated |
