Went to the surgery today for some advice on a referral and the new young blonde receptionist was incredibly rude. Her whole attitude and lack of empathy will let this surgery down. She should not be in a customer care role. | |||||||

Doctors are fine but some of the reception staff like Kate are extremely rude and just put the phone down on you when you dare you question her authority, absolutely disgusting telephone manner and shouldn’t be in the jog! | |||||||

I have phoned three times to organise an asthma review and have been unsuccessful each time. On one occasion waiting in a queue of 12 for 39 minutes, to be informed they haven’t been released and to call back another time. The three different ladies I’ve spoken to have all been extremely rude and unsupportive, I’ve even been huffed at when asking questions. When I asked if I’d be able to still get my inhalers I was informed that it would become a problem in the end. | |||||||
