My husband & I have been going to Gade Surgery since 1988 having moved to Chorleywood from London. For the majority of those 30 years we have seen the same doctor, who at all times has been thoroughly professional, kind, thoughtful, helpful & supportive to us both. Thus having known a very good Doctor & who will be missed now. The Practice as a whole operates as well as can be expected during these difficult times. In all Organisations & places of work there is always room for improvement especially Doctor/Patient Consultancy times should be longer than the allocated average10 minute time slot. Administration seems to be at times hit & miss but obviously Staffing problems could be the issue! We want the Practice to continue to do what it does best & that is to look after their Patients with some input from the Patients themselves. Nothing is ever easy & a quick fix but dedication, perseverance & hard work pays dividends. See you next time Gade Surgery. A. & R. Edwards 12/6/2018.
