I have recently had treatment by the nursing team for a badly burnt arm, and can only say how well I have been treated over four weeks. Absolutely no complaints here.

I always have good considerate interaction with the reception staff especially Ashley. My Doctor who attends me is caring compassionate and explanatory which is most important. I can add that most of the Doctors and team are of that calibre. Keep up the good work.

Flawed appointment system, I've been trying to book an appointment for 4 weeks now with no success, After spending hours on the phone and online I literally got nowhere, then personally went there several times only to be told there's nothing they can do for me, I can only book an appointment over the phone or online which is clearly impossible, it simply does not work!!! I feel like I've been conned by the ladies at the reception, it's disgraceful and utterly disrespectful

Hello, I am really sorry to hear about your experiences. I would appreciate it if you could call the Practice Manager to discuss this further, as we would like to help you resolve these issues. We do have a sit and wait clinic at Haymeads Surgery, Monday to Friday which opens at 8.30am, registrations close at 10am. All patients who register between these times are seen on the day. We also can offer a telephone call from a GP and also able to offer evening and weekend appointments in the Extended Access hub.
