Trying to get through to the doctors is an absolute nightmare! When you finally manage to get through to the doctors and try to make an appointment they are THE most unhelpful staff, it's a complete 'computer says no' situation. Rude staff, unorganised surgery, awful customer service and would NEVER recommend anybody to this surgery. Been waiting over a year to get an appointment with the correct doctor after my referral got sent to the wrong department and when I try to get another appointment I am told to try another morning. Despicable and infuriating.

I have been a patient here for nine months, it is the worst surgery I have seen in my 64 years and having worked for the nhs for 35 yrs.You cannot talk to anyone on the phone for info and advice, it is fully automated, there is a lengthy message telling you where to go and what to do elsewhere,like they do not want to be bothered by you! I am type 1 diabetic and never once have I been seen regarding my treatment. I am looking to change surgeries, I only signed to this practice as it is within walking distance an I do not drive,I am told the best surgery is approx 2 miles away but if it is easier to get an appt that is what I will have to do! I have asked local people and it has been in the local paper how bad it is,so why isn’t anything done about it? I know for a fact I am not the only one.

You cannot be ill if you live here. Terrible getting through by phone with the infuriating ringing then the infuriating recorded lengthy speech when you finally get through. No appointments when you do. At nine o clock at night online appointments have just about gone. The alternative, Haymeads queue and wait with all the elderly who I am sure can go later in the day, thus freeing up appointments for people in the morning before work. So either you are late for work or have to use holiday for these appointments. More appointments should be available at the surgeries and nurses should be doing blood tests at these surgeries to free up Haymeads,
