I have absolutely no problem with any of the staff at Grange Street and I have always been greeted by friendly and professional staff. My issue as of late, which I am sure is not isolated to just this surgery is that it is taking longer and longer to get a general appointment booked in. They have been my doctors for nearly 30 years and I used to be able to call up- up to as a little as a year ago on a Monday quite easily for an appointment within a couple of days. Now I am having to wait up to two weeks + for an appointment for access for a repeat prescription, that will not be re supplied until the doctor sees me. This does seem a shame as it would be for this reason I would not recommend anyone else to join, as there appears to be a struggle to see patients they already have in a reasonable time frame. I am sure this is due to the growing population of this city without the infrastructure to sustain. As I said I am sure that most doctor's are like this now, but this has not been an issue until this year. However, as I do like to follow with a positive, I have had great service when I did have an emergency appointment to make.
