Rude stuff. Fobbing patients off. The situation in this Surgery has gotten from bad to worse. No duty of care. Something needs to be done to get our surgery back.

This medical practice has gotten worse as the years have progressed. The reception staff are the worst people you can ever have the privilege of coming across. Rude, abrupt, and condescending doesn't even cover it. How on earth are they public-facing is beyond me especially when they interact with elderly patients whom they constantly fob off. I have had instances where I got lucky and got through on the phone after many times of re-dailing only for them to immediately hand up :( unfortunately, we have a need and they seem to have the power (because of lack of choice) which means they can treat people as they want to and get away with it. Sad in this day and age we have to put up with such poor service. If a new practice was to open in Borehamwood, I bet 99% of people would leave this place in a heartbeat.

Awful doctor surgery. They really give the impression they don’t give a hoot about you.
