I may have left a number of reviews already but in the spirit of consistency think it's important to keep fellow patients appraised. In this case once again I am absolutely delighted to share continuing high standards of not just fantastic treatment but truly genuine care, kindness and compassion from every single member of staff every time I visit. I will gladly testify this doesn't just apply to me; I've overheard everyone from the reception team to Nurses and Doctors talking to substantial numbers of fellow patients with the same kindness. I had the privilege of meeting a different Doctor today and she too was extremely kind, caring and compassionate. My experience today therefore has reinforced my unconditional admiration, support and affection for every single person who works at Garden City Practice. Thanks so much all of you ??

This Practice is the best I have ever known out of the 4 I have been registered with in the past 36 years. I signed up in 2012 approximately. I can only report the highest and most sincere levels of care, compassion and very effective thorough treatment at every visit. I know it's important to measure performance against targets but this is never truly indicative of what you will witness in practice, especially bearing in mind the ever decreasing resources and ever increasing pressures they face. They were a formidable Team throughout the pandemic; indeed they always have been, always will be. And please, let's remember they are fellow Humans with Families and feelings. Anyone in the Healthcare profession is a Hero by default. They deserve so much more than applause on the doorstep. Please, let's look after them in return.

From the moment I registered with this Practice in about 2010, I knew instantly that this wonderful Team of Doctors, Nurses and all other essential Staff would prove instrumental in providing me with the best possible Care, Treatment and above all else Compassion based on whatever Health issues I have faced. I'm not saying that other GP Surgeries are necessarily sub standard because I have every admiration for all who work for the NHS. However, these Folks are exceptional because of their strong sense of Team Spirit, giving an impression of a close knit Family. This translates to a very friendly and caring approach from everyone, who will without hesitation go the extra mile to make sure all Patients receive top class treatment and always with Dignity. It is a true pleasure to be a Patient of this Practice and I am very grateful indeed for all the treatment, sympathy and advice I have received over the past 9 years.
