In an expansive time with so much building development going on in our community it can be easily forgotten these new houses also represent new homes for new families. Locally our infrastructure services are taking a real bashing and standards in many areas have fallen - this surgery is an exception and a real jewel I have been priveleged to have been looked after by this team of professionals for over 20 years and I have the very highest respect for their consistent effort, kindness and care which is exceptional. | |||||||

I have to order two forms of medication every two months. Over the course of the last two years, prescriptions routinely failed to reach the pharmacist or have been the wrong one despite explicit email requests to the surgery. I have just returned from my Hertford pharmacy where the wrong prescription had been requested again. A waisted one hour round trip and I am out of the medication. Very frustrating. An improvement in the prescription services is overdue. | |||||||
