I have been appalled by the behaviour of staff. I called them this morning, finally came through after waiting for more than 15 minutes and then I was talked to disrespectfully and rude, I was also discriminated against - probably for being a foreigner (EU citizen). I was also denied the right to speak to the GP, because the receptionist or a person that answered the phone (did not introduce herself) and practice manager apparently can make a medical decisions for the GP in this practice. I am disgusted and shocked by the attitude and treatment I received today. I have never imagined this kind of behaviour is possible in this country and I have never experienced it before.

I’ve been at this surgery for around 6 years now and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Every single GP I have seen has been kind and patient and really made me feel that they were listening to my concerns. I have never felt that I’ve been rushed out as I have done with my previous surgery. I’ve always left feeling reassured and happy with the appointment. It’s easy to get through on the phone, the system lets you know where you are in the queue and you can request a callback rather than wait which is really helpful. I’ve found everyone I’ve dealt with so polite and kind, from the receptionists to the nurse to the GPs.

Impossible to get an appointment. Call at 8:00am precisely and automated voice message informs me appointments are now full and to call back later. Currently changing GP practice that is at least accessible. I’ve never experienced a practice as bad!
