Went Wednesday 27 June at 6 :15 and the lady doctor I saw was superb . I couldn't have been more welcome and put at ease . Above and beyond the usual reception I am used to receiving . Just a big thank you to her ! | |||||||

The staff are lovely at both Highfield & Lodge, very helpful with me and my daughter, I find it great that you can book next day appointments on patient access.
I prefer to see two doctors as they know me and my daughter quite well, and they always help me with what ever I need at the time.
I also work for the NHS and know how difficult it is to work in a surgery, so I appreciate all that you do.

I came last week to ask something and receptionist was rude. No eye contact.. You feel like you are disturbing. She difinitely doesn't like her job. I am in a OK health but I feel sorry for people who might have health problem being received in a so bad atmosphere. What a shame as doctors are good. | |||||||
