So a letter of complaint has gone to the NHS .. after my hospital appointment was cancelled when I was 5 minutes away I had to see a doctor to tied me over till new one comes The doctor I saw the other day was rude and ignorant.. And if I hadn't eventually got it out that I had an MRI scan so know what's wrong he would have 1000% misdiagnosed me and I would be in alot of bother now .. Once he gave me a few seconds to speak after constantly talking over me I advised him to look at my notes and he got worse just kept looking at and reading his phone .. He was no help whatsoever.. if anything he made me feel emotionally worse .. No use at all so I've had to take it upon myself to increase my meds as I see fit .. |

Really rude receptionists, giving their opinion on the phone as they might think they are doctors. Ignoring obvious symptoms of unwell patients specifically when comes to children. As it is coming to find out your results:urine, blood, etc.not even bothered to inform the GP-s if the patient is still feeling unwell and find a better wait for communication. Unfortunately no other choice of surgery in the area otherwise would change it a long time ago! |

For many years I have been coming for my asthma review. Two years I stopped coming as I felt my asthma was being treated effectively. Upton receiving several reminders I decided to book an appointment and saw the pharmacist. He suggested a new treatment which within a month I noticed dramatic improved results and this has allowed me to accept a further new treatment and improved my quality of life allowing me to use my inhalers less and less. |
