I don’t usually have a problem with Wrafton Surgery but today I am really fed up. I thought this morning I would send an E-Consult, I have used them before and all ways been a good thing. When I was answering the questions all of sudden it said please contact your GP or 111. Ok so I tried 111 and I tried it on line as the call centre was busy. Once again I started to fill in the form. I got so far through and again I was told to contact my GP. I have been ringing all day and not once have I got to speak to anyone. Wrafton House should definitely look at the way there staff answer the phone. So I am still in lots of pain and no way of getting in touch with a Gp. Might have to go to urgent care. | |||||||
