It's difficult to review GPs when you've only had 2 or 3 brief conversations with different people over the phone - I've never met one since moving to this surgery c. 9months ago. Nurses Andrea and Tracey have been phenomenal with their support when I've seen them. Very knowledgeable, so proactive in patient care, and extremely personable. Reception staff always look very wary when approached - who can blame them when they have the stereotype of the GP Receptionist to beat every time a new face comes in! They are a lovely crew and a total asset to the surgery. I was sad to leave my old surgery when I moved as I had a great relationship with my GP but so far so good. | |||||||

Had a blood test and they said that all was normal. Now my new GP surgery said this blood test shows some borderline level in some areas and sent me to repeat the test. Why my previous GP said that it was all normal whilst some areas were borderline which is very important when you are dealing with the symptoms. | |||||||
