Staff on reception are so rude. I rung in at midday and was told “why didn’t you ring earlier, we close soon”. They are online as open till 5 - putting that aside what doctors surgery treats patients with this level of disregard! I called up with a very serious matter and I will be taking this higher- NO doctors surgery should be allowed to stay open when they treat their patients with such lack of care or willingness to help! I’m absolutely disgusted and will be changing doctors surgery AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. On the same matter which I rung for I was prescribed medication the day prior with no check up but a phone call and a pregnancy test result - I wasn’t told what was wrong with me or what I was being prescribed! I was just sent a text message to collect up a prescription- the lack or care and the communication is awful. | |||||||

He misdiagnosed me and my entire bloodline multiple times for the past ten years we have stuck by for ten whole years as they are the closest doctor to my area and I don’t drive he does not care at all about patients he doesn’t ask questions or anything he puts in minimal effort | |||||||
