My husband and I have been with Dr Shah for many years . He is a very caring, excellent GP who will always have time to listen to you and do all he can to help . The reception staff will also help if at all possible but sometimes they just can’t and that’s not their fault. | |||||||

Dr Shah is worst in terms of practice and advise wanted to register got phone call from this Dr instead of advice he started useless conversation makes no sense.He says every patient you do not fit in our criteria when asked what criteria do we need to fit in?He becomes speechless. | |||||||

Had to call Surgery last Friday 14 June to request home visit, spoke to a receptionist who then spoke to a doctor to call me back (we’ll my sister) as I was in agony he did so right away then he left a practice full of patients for home visit gave Diagnoses phoned AMBULANCE then took me in his car to A&E (because too long await for Ambulance. So a big thank you to the whole practice Receptionist,Doctors for there outstanding care and professionalism I am truly grateful. | |||||||
