Why do we still not have online appointments available it’s crazy, 50 minutes to hold for an appointment, then all the slots are gone. Then your told to repeat the next day. Receptionists who haven’t a clue what they are doing. If you go to work like most people do this practice is impossible to get an appointment.

Why are we not given the choice of online appointments still, other GP surgeries are back online for appointments in the close area. This surgery doesn’t consider people who go to work, you still have to hold for 30 minutes to be told all the appointments are gone try again tomorrow. It’s frightening the receptionist are still triaging calls as well. If you go to work like most people do avoid this practice.

Can’t believe they still don’t bring online appointments back when you ask the question, the reply you get is discrimination of the older person, but nobody considers the working person!! Last week three attempts to get an appointment it’s just moved backwards and not forwards it’s sad it used to be such a good surgery not anymore!!
