I made an appointment with a doctor and was told they would call me back the same after. I never got my call back. The next available day I called them when they opened only to be told there were no further appointments available, so I said it was an emergency as I had now run out of medication due to them not contacting me the previous day and they told me to call 111 if I wanted help... Disgusting service

Was waiting for a call back from doctor etc , and I had a nurse call me back , her name was nurse Lawrence. She was very rude and felt like she didn’t even want to listen to what you had to say. She is the only nurse I’ve had an issue with… every other doctor or nurse that has called me, has always been very pleasant and helpful.receptionist are always helpful.

Avoid this place at all cost if possible!!! After covid, I had not very good oxygen level and ask for appointment with doctor to checkup my lungs. But I had no luck .. Nurse Lawrence called me instead of the doctor. a minute later she hung up, because I told her that I do not like the manner in which she talks to me. Then I called the reception and told what happened, Karen started to defend Lawrence and told me that there is no more appointment for today ... she also said that I feel good because I can talk to her ... In the end I had to make an appointment with a private doctor .. the worst thing is that my oxygen level in my blood was 93% and I was denied an examination... Thanks..hope you will get, what you deserve
