Thank you for taking the time to feed back to the surgery about your experiences. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service provided.
I can confirm that we have a variety of different appointments currently available such as telephone appointments, online availability and pre-bookable, GP, specialist nurse and practice nurse appointments, however if you have a specific requirement there may be a longer wait. Perhaps we hadn't made all the appropriate suggestions to you at the time, if you still need to make arrangements to speak to the doctor please contact us again to book.
We are currently improving the telephone access to the surgery as we are aware this can be difficult at times, we hope that this will continue to improve over time.
We obviously cannot comment on your clinical management at the surgery but if you wish to contact us directly to discuss further please do not hesitate to do so. A feedback form is located on our practice website:
