The worst doctor surgery I have ever been to moved from London to Luton trying to find the best care given from this doctor surgery is the worst care I have ever come acrossed. Having pre cancerous cells you think they be looking after me by taking my blood test or send me to a relevant department at the hospital but nothing I have now ended up with an infection. If I had a chance I would have stayed with my doctor surgery in London who understood my health condition but obviously can't do.. cancer cells runs in my family my father passed away and my youngest brother past away 3months ago due to cancer and my sister has breast cancer you think that my doctor would do all the relevant protocol for my situation but nothing very disgusted with there service just seems like your waiting for me to die One off your list. Should have the NHS investigating this surgery I can say more but fed up. | |||||||

I have been with this surgery for more than 15 years, and i have moved houses but not the surgery, reason being that all of the doctors are very understanding, they give time and put in effort in the problems explained to them.
with the online facility I don't even have to go the surgery, i order my prescriptions (repeat) online and for small ailments I get on with the telephone appointment - even see my results online! | |||||||

The best service you will ever receive. Me and my family have never had issues with anything, the information provided by the staff is straight forward, understandable and precise. The staff working in the practice are the most respectful, caring, funny, down to earth individuals you will ever find. Never in a mood, always willing to help and always willing to go out of their way for you. For me I think this is the best surgery in the whole of Luton, nothing compares to how we are treated in this surgery, with the utmost respect. Every staff in this surgery deserves a pay rise, promotion and any sort of way that appreciation can be shown to them. My appointments are on time, the systematic flow is amazing, the staff are great, infact words cannot do justice to how the staff are, you have to experience their treatment to understand what I am saying. Privacy is never a problem and the whole surgery is fantastic. The staff in that surgery really make you feel comfortable and calm, you know your in good hands. | |||||||
