My medical issues have never been addressed properly. The issues range from possible partial fgm suffered by midwivery at birth up to huge bedbug attack. A couple of months ago i asked a letter to confirm my baby s very good health while was under my care and to be contacted by non smoking team. I received neither. The other day only got healthcheck letter for over fourty yrs old. Wish i d never registered w them or any other gp in uk as mt ecperience in bedwel broadwater stevenage and luton has been identical.

Can never get through on the phone one receptionist told me to make an appointment on line i should make sure i go on line the first day the appointments come out load of rubbish cannot believe how bad this surgery has become only a few of the receptionist talk to you with respect the only good think about the surgery are the wonderful doctors also when needing a review with medication still cannot get appointments.

This review is for the nurse i saw at my appointment. I came in for a recommended review appointment made by my doctor. The nurse in question was very rude and condescending to me. I am a young adult and felt very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me. She offered no help or advice and basically told me i was wasting her time. I feel her bedside manor needs a bit of work .... or a complete overhaul !!!! why work in public services if you don’t particularly like the public ??? If i could give no stars i would !!!! :( but that’s not an option !!!!
