Since covid 19 pandemic started, we have never been able to make an appointment! Every time I called, they told me that they don't have any appointments available and to call another day. But of course I get the same answer no matter what day I call or how many times I call! Basically we have GP only in name because they don't do anything to help, they stayed with the same method from during the pandemic, they saw that the period went well, that there was no longer such great madness and agglomeration for them and they said to continue, but probably they didn't know that the pandemic is over and they should return to the schedule before the pandemic started. They only know how to direct you to call 111 or go to a walking center, but even there they have the same problem and send you back to the GP you belong to, because the GP SHOULD MAKE YOU AN APPOINTMENT AT LEAST FOR A CONSULTATION! The services are very bad from this GP, I will file a complaint regarding this because it does not seem normal to me that in 3 years, every time I called them, I could not make an appointment!

Very poor service waiting since 2pm for test results, can’t get to speak to anyone . Waited for an hour when the person on the other end was at number 3 when it was taking I decided to request a call back which came back at 3pm. I am still waiting it’s going up to 5pm when they will cut me off then I will have to start the process again. This is so disgusting no one should be treated like this I work and paid my stamp just like anyone else. You can’t even get a GP appointment.

I rang just to get my test results, I waited for an hour until I decided to request the call back. I received the callback and I have been waiting now 1hour and 25 minutes no one to answer the phone It’s now going up to 5 pm when they closedown then they will cut me off then tomorrow I will go through the same process again. This is so disgusting. What kind of a service is this you can’t get GP appointment you can’t even get your test results.
