We always welcome and appreciate the feedback from our patients as this allows us to look at the opinions from our patient which allows us to make improvements as necessary with the information sourced from our patients. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received from our Practice and specially our reception team as I can assure that all our reception staff are trained to the highest possible service at all times regardless of the situation so I am sorry to hear that these skills were not executed on your visit.
We have implemented a new telephone system and have taken on new members of staff to enable to telephones to be answered in a more timely fashion. This is being closely monitored by the new management and appropriate action will be taken if this is not adhered to.
