The receptionist is very short tempered and dismissive. The receptionist delt without any empathy or care. Even my face to face experience with the same receptionist is the same. The receptionist also dealt with my wife recently and gave seriously wrong advice about a Warfarin check up stating that her checks are every 3 months, when in fact they are every 2 weeks! This should really be investigated before something serious happens. | |||||||
