I have been a patient for over 20 years and I'm astounded by their lack of care and compassion in recent years. I have elderly parents who are also patients and have mobility issues after a stroke and other problems. The surgery never want to do a visit they are condescending and call up telling my parents they are not housebound! They are nearly 90 yrs old !!! They have paid enough in to the system to expect care at this time in their lives. Seems to me they have far too many patients and not enough doctors and I question whether it's all about their budget and not their patients. |

One of the doctors recommended my husband see another doctor, my husband manage to sécure à future appt about 6wks ahead as hé could not get through quick enough in the morning by phone, hé orders his medication online and on 11th July hé checked the time off the appt which was still showing on the online systèm. Yesterday he again went online to check the time off his appt and it was déleted! Hé phoned reception this morning to be told the doctor Is away until next week! WHY was my husband not notified or offered another day! NO hé was told by the receptionist to call next week at 8am and go through thé whole senario again! A Disgraceful surgery treating people this way, shame on you Woodland Avenue Surgey Luton. |

I was very impressed by the thoroughness, professionalism, patience and care with which it was carried out: a very high quality of care throughout. |
