I have been trying to get an appointment with the doctor for over a week without success. I start calling at 8:30 and the lines are always busy. I have to leave for work so I try once I am at work. On average I am on the line waiting for 40 minutes before getting through only to be told all appointments are full and I have to call again tomorrow!. The staff are no help what so ever and do not take your situation into account.

You can't book an appointment in advance you have to call at 8.30 in the morning to book an appointment for 2 days time. I call at 8.29 and still wait on the line 20 minutes and once I get through there are no appointments left. The reception staff are rude and lack customer service skills.

Twice I have been for midwife appointment and the waiting time is long . I took a short absence from work and they took ages . It’s a pity that they give urine sample bottle to reuse after washing . It is disgusting , Is NHS so poor now or this is only listerhouse surgery ?
