Impossible to get an appointment. Join 8.00am scramble to find you number 51 in the queue. Wait 90 minutes to get through to be told no appointment available...try again at 1.00pm. Totally overcommited and under resourced. Used to be a very efficient service prior to Covid. Offered sit and wait clinics. Not now

Despite moving to new premises and promising easier access the service is as poor as always. It is impossible to get an appointment. Even if you complete the engage consult and it recommends an urgent appointment, you still can't get one. There is no empathy or compassion and staff are often rude and dismissive. It feels as if the whole world has got back to normal after Covid-19 except Priory Drs Surgery.

Omg, the lady at reception had a nervous breakdown and it wasn’t from me. I had to wait like 30 min to even pick up the call. Than she sad she can’t hear me than she sad I was swearing and hung up the phone on me. The joke is I have been waiting on a referral almost 4 months they only sent it to the hospital since November telephone dr’s appointment. Than now they only sent referral form end of Jan when I rcd a survey from apparently from the hospital. Its a joke defo will change GP as they have no clue whats it like to have autoimmune conditions or other things plus they are rude and unhelpful at reception. God forbid you really need help from them.
