I have had a few medical issues over the past 9 months and I cannot praise the surgery enough. The reception staff are always efficient and approachable. In particular I would like to thank Dr Kapoor who referred me to Bedford Hospital as an urgent case and since my treatment she has continued to follow up on my well being. | |||||||

A nurse much bigger than me told me I was fat. While sitting next to my notes that said history of anorexia and bulemia. At an appointment to discuss getting sterilised, which would mean I didn’t need the pill anymore. Her concern being the pill works better if I lose weight. Except its a fact it also makes you gain weight and I’m trying to get off the pill anyway. | |||||||

I registered here 2 years ago, since moving to the area. I have many mental health issues; PTSD, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKS...also very painful high hip & spinal problems. I have had nothing but excellent care, no problem requesting the medications i need, & several last minute calls since lockdown march 2020; receptionists are ALWAYS so understanding & polite; they have NEVER let me down with a call back the same day from a gp; it's mostly over the phone due to covid19 regulations, but i totally understand that. Best surgery all round that ive been part of for the past 7 years. Lovely staff, respectful & NEVER judgemental. Recommend 100% | |||||||
