This practise is a joke, they continually mess my medication up on a monthly basis , and even prescribe medication that for me to use would be dangerous which just goes to prove the don't look at your medical history. When Dr Conner was there he ran it very well, every thing went like clockwork, but since he went it terrible. I don't even know the name of my Gp , each time you ring your waiting for ever only to be told to ring back at 8 am in the morning. It's badly run and I don't think they give a jot, one of their favorites is doctors not available at the moment ring 111, I rearly wish Dr Conner was still there. Another issue is it's run on Locums so they come and go like the wind, it needs sorting out and fast before they end up killing someone. You know you need to have confidence in your doctor but how can you have that when you don't even know under which doctor you are, and its a run on locums. Some people like me have very complex medical needs, some of us need countless medications and to get it monthly and find its wrong or items are missing is rearly dam maddening and frustrating. It is very frightening for the future, I worry what will happen as time goes on...

Getting an appointment is an absolute joke and that’s in an emergency, as for being able to book a routine appointment, I wouldn’t even try. I’m a patient with a chronic, potentially life threatening condition and I feel this practice is seriously putting my health at risk, can’t remember the last time I had a medication review, never able to see the same GP so continuation of care is non existent, tried following up a letter sent by my hospital consultant, they had no interest in helping what so ever and obviously unable to discuss with a GP. Whilst I accept GP care is difficult at this time I feel it’s seriously time to try and move before this dire practice have responsibility for my death, thank god I have a decent and accessible hospital consultant

After leaving a good review 2 years ago think it's time to review this as a bad review. It's impossible to get an appointment ring next day at 0800hrs never get threw and when you finally do sorry no appointments left you need too ring back 0800hrs tomorrow. To go threw whole same process daily. Reception just advise to go walk in centre hence the problem we have with with NHS being overwhelmed. I don't need an emergency appointment clogging up NHS. I've had cancer, have a spinal stimulator fitted so mobility is an issue. I suffer from Gout which I'm on medication for which obviously is not working as gout attacks still happening so mobility is even worse. Medication needs looking at by a doctor who deals with me not told to go walk in centre when I can not even get out of house at mo. Ring back tomorrow to be told sorry we have nothing available ring back tomorrow. Seriously gone down hill and have lost all hope of ever getting an appointment not even trying anymore
