Awful service by Mrs Lane, appointment booked for 12 midday, sat in my van for 2 hours still no phone call from them to come in. I approched them in the surgery regarding my wait and when i would be seen, Mrs Lane replied 'its busy were having dinner, it maybe 3.30 - 4pm before your seen'. When I told her about my 2 hour wait her reply was very rude and abrubt. I ended up leaving still with an untreated abcess and loss of earnings AGAIN!!! If able too i would give 0 stars.
