I had an appointment at 11.00am this morning which was booked 3-4 weeks ago for my son. Unfortunately, due to traffic I attended at 11.08am and informed you that I was quite willing to wait until the next opportunity to go in and see the dentist. I was told that I could not do that and that I would have to re-book the appointment. I feel very angry about this as I have attended many times before and I have had to wait till way past my appointment time for the dentist to be ready to see me. Everyone’s time is important and I had to take my son back to home and then drive to work which took up all my morning for absolutely nothing! I have send an email to care and wrote them that in future I will make sure that whatever happens I will be there on time and I will not be willing to wait later than my appointment time to go in to see the dentist. I feel that the treatment I received was very unreasonable indeed. Mr Waheed Akhtar
