Rang for an urgent appointment and they got me in on the same day. from the minute i walked in their door i felt comfortable, the lady on reception had a lovely friendly smile and was very happy and positive, she explained where i needed to go and checked i was ok. the dentist was kind and listened to my problems. very satisfied.

Well I’m so impressed with the care I received today, a Practice that provides high quality, efficient and professional care. I was not registered at the surgery but had a previously damaged front tooth that broke off and left me looking terrible. I rang at 9am and was told by a polite and helpful receptionist to come along at 1230 and they would put something temporary in. I was seen by a very friendly dentist and dental nurse who were quit clearly working in their lunch hour to “fix me up”. I left there an hour later looking much more acceptable. I have registered with the practice now and would highly recommend. Big thank you to everyone

I feel valued as a customer of the practice. My dentist involves me in all of my treatment and associated actions, e.g. I get to see X-rays and feel I am really involved in the potential courses of action available. Today I rang at 8.45 for an emergency appointment and was seen at 10.15. My dentist is friendly, helpful and cheerful. I needed an appointment for a tooth out but as the timing is close to my periodical check up the dentist cancelled the check up and said they would do everything in one visit as it would be less expensive for me. This is the NHS at its best and based on my experience I wouldn't waste money going private.
