I visited Mydentist, Bond Street today 14th March 2016.
The dentist I saw as always makes me feel totally at ease and enables me to discuss my care and treatment . I had excellent care which was first class and I left with a plan of care for further dental treatment. Everything was explained to me clearly and reassured my confidence in the care given to me.
The nurse is also very polite and reassuring and is always there when you need reassurance. the dentist ans their nurse work as a first class team.
Thank you to both of you.
On reception today were two receptionists, again both are always polite , friendly and efficient checking you in. While I was at reception I asked for help in purchasing toothbrush heads for a pink electric toothbrush I had bought from the practice which supports breast cancer. They both agreed that one of them would get the details for me before i left the practice today and they did. I have been able to order new brush heads. Thank you again. The dentist I see is amazing,very clear and understanding. I have been to a few dentists and this is by far the best. Lovely staff and very clean. 100% recommend!
