I recently had my braces off and i could not be happier with my teeth! The whole dental team were very friendly and helpful, they all had time for me and answered any questions i had. I have just finished a course of orthodontic treatment at this surgery. From my first assessment to the completion of treatment I was treated with respect. The staff are really nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend this practice. My teeth look fantastic. I tried to book an evening appointment for a check up and explained that I worked and didn't get home til after 6 but the receptionist stated it would depend on which dentist I saw and wouldn't give me an appointment later than 4.30. On an occasion when I was unemployed and asked if I had to pay for treatment or if I was exempt the same receptionist was rude and condescending. | |||||||
