after several visits to the dentist to get my front teeth sorted so i didn't have a big hole when i smile the dentist said the nhs wont pay for nothing Elsa except a denture and if i wanted implants i would have to pay 5000 pound to get them he said cant have bridge or nothing the denture was made and dosent fit in my mouth and makes my gums swell and cant eat nothing with it i cant even leave the house now as people look at me all the time with a big hole in my front teeth dentist dosent want to no very poor dentist

My daughter had 4 molar teeth taken out as she is petrified of dentists she was refered by genix to grace for iv sedation .most of the staff were very friendly but after they put the needle in the back of her hand I was asked to go in the waiting room which I did and my daughter was fine as I left the room but an hour later when I was called back in my daughter was crying and shaking in in a distressed state saying she couldn't breathe properly I told the nurse to give her something but they just told her to take deep breaths and calm down !my daughter said she could feel everything and that it was the worst pain she had ever had in her life and that she told them it was hurting and even screamed out in pain but they still carried on which is a disgrace as they can't of waited long enough for it to numb it I will never ever use this place again for any of my family and I am definitely putting in a complaint about this as it has frightened my daughter to death putting her of dentists full stop
