On arrival the receptionist was lovely, very chatty. Usual dentist doesn’t do NHS patients anymore so I had another one, would have been nice to be informed but I would have to say the dentist that I did see was pleasant and talkative and it didn’t feel that it was forced when he spoke to me like the previous one. NHS patients at this practice have to sit in the cheap seats upstairs on the landing were as those who are private get to sit in a bucket chair down stairs in a waiting room. I would have to say that previously I have left my appointment with sore teeth and gums from them being cleaned but not this time. Win, win situation
