I was able to quickly register and get an appointment. The dentist was excellent and explained everything including the charges for necessary treatment. A follow-up appointment was quickly arranged for a couple of fillings. The dentist was again excellent. Premises very clean and staff were very friendly. |

Very poor communicatiuon -when asked to expand on treatment options and recommendations -its as if its a chore to explain -very very poor attitude -meant I left the surgery very demoralised |

Very unproffessional manner and dentist is extremely opinionated. I will definitely not be returning, not willing to .spend my hard earned cash on a service to come away feeling so insulted. The dentist i seen made a lot of presumtions and i feel like i was being spoken to like a child. After sharing my experience with others it seems i am not the only person to feel like this! Think.some basic training in people skills and how to comminicate to clients PAYING for a service wouldnt go a miss. On a more positive note the practise itself is very clean and the reception staff are very chatty, professional and make you feel very welcome. |
