I went to this practice for help with my teeth and made to pay for treatment that I was entitled to under the NHS for free.. I saw the owner of the practice, in his role as a dentist, and when he saw my teeth he said "Where do I start?" I could see, he was out of his depth, so I quickly terminated the treatment, went to reception, and made to pay for the treatment . They had told me, "You are not entitled to free treatment under the NHS". I was over pension age at the time, and my teeth were in a poor condition, but I was made to pay for hardly any treatment at all.
