As a family we have originally been patients for nearly 30 years of the previous dentist before Melbourne practice took over and never once had to make a complaint. We can honestly say we have never come across such a rude receptionist and although the dental service at Melbourne may be of a good standard there is no way you can not encounter the rudeness of the receptionist. We have spoken to friends who have also been long and loyal clients of the previous practice and they too have encountered the rude receptionist. We have found another dentist and will not be returning to this dental practice.
