I came to this practice when my own dentist merged with some others. The dentists, dental nurses and surgery itself are of the highest calibre but, unfortunately after only a few months, I have come to a place of having to make a second complaint and both are regarding the same issue. Exceptionally rude receptionists who think that they can speak to customers in whichever manner they choose and it is letting the practice down heavily.

i have had 2 appointments cancelled. The first because the dentist had rung in sick. The reappointment was almost a month later. Today I turned up for the reappointment ( having received a confirmation message) to be told I couldn't be seen because I had been seen in the last 3 months!!!!!! What on earth is going on at this practice? I have been left with half a front tooth for 2 months.
