I recently changed dentists and this was my first visit to my new dentist, I was really happy with the warm welcome I received from the receptionist, she made me feel at ease and was courteous and professional. My dentist was very prompt and I was shown to the surgery. He conducted my routine check up and followed this up with a summary of his findings. He recommended a session with the hygienist explained and showied me why this was of benefit. He was very friendly and professional and I was really pleased with the experience and know that I have made the right choice. |

I have used this practice for many years without any problems! However it is in new ownership now, had an appointment as I had trouble with a filled tooth, the dentist in question told me my tooth was fine! Within two weeks I was back same tooth same problem, I asked for an extraction, she exrayed my tooth said I had an abscess but still tried to pull the tooth out. After pulling for 20 mins I felt pain, she said no way and kept pulling she only stopped because I passed out. She did give me more anaesthetic then continued to pull after a horrendous 50 mins of unsuccessful pulling she sent for another dentist who pulled the tooth within 10 mins. I left the surgery only to return two days later with an infection. I was given 2 prescriptions for antibiotics probably to treat the abscess that should have been treat before extraction. In total I had a further 3 appointments as the infection and dry socket would not heel, my gum was also ripped in two places. NEVER AGAIN now registered with another dentist. |
