I can't really speak highly enough of the treatment my son, a 19 year old student, recently received from a dentist at this practice. It has been amazing. Reception and support staff were also friendly, helpful and competent. My son contacted a significant number of dentists in Durham and this was the first practice that was willing/able to offer him an appointment that day. The dentist who saw my son then and several times since has always treated him with patience, kindness and respect, and has provided fantastic treatment to treat the injury, alleviate pain and improve the appearance of his teeth. My son has sometimes been to appointments unaccompanied, sometimes accompanied by me or by a friend. The dentist has made me feel welcome. He has been excellent at communicating directly with my son and has been happy to answer numerous questions to make me and my son understand the injury and the possible treatments at every stage. I will always be enormously grateful for such fantastic treatment, care and communication which made a difficult and upsetting experience much less painful (in several ways) than it might otherwise have been. I first went to the dentist on a recommendation of a freind . I had years of being simply terrified by previous dental experience and as such it put me off . My fears are totally gone every member of staff is lovely but one particular dentist is nothing less then fantastic , professional and most of all completely dedicated to excellence in service . This dentist is outstanding in my opinion

I've been to a lot of dentists in my time but very few were as professional or as competent as this practice. No hard sell, trying to get me to go private or sign up to dental insurance - just did the job and kept me informed of what was happening right through the process of my treatment. Genuinely friendly staff and more than pleased with the outcome, I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you.
