I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have watched it gradually go down hill. I have had so many different dentists. The last one farmed me out to another dentist as he was no longer seeing NHS patients I am half way through a procedure the NHS dentist has left and I have been left high and dry. I was told to call back first thing in the morning to get an appointment I was then told I couldn't have one because I wasn't in pain. It's disgusting all they want is to get rid of their NHS patients and go private. I said I would pay to be told I had to pay up front and I would have to pay for the first examination as they didn't know what was wrong with me. Try reading my notes I am half way through a procedure that didn't work twice with your dentist. Shocking way to treat patients.

Lie about prescriptions, telling you after a tooth extraction just to ring but then bieng told to make an appointment, and it states on Google gas wheelchair accessible when it is not!
