On 12th April, 2022, I accompanied my wife(Wai Hui) to attend her 3rd visit to Bupa Dental Care at 2A Maynard's Row, Gilesgate, Durham. We were tremendously delighted to experience a WARM, ENTHUSIASTIC, PASSIONATE, & FRIENDLY RECEPTION offered by Gabby, a nurse, who offered a welcoming, hearty, hospitable greeting to us upon our arrival. Because the receptionist~Chelsae was busily answering a client's enquiry, we were over the moon that GABBY~the ENTHUSIASTIC, AMICABLE, WELCOMING, THOUGHTFUL, CHEERFUL, DEDICATED, HELPFUL nurse took her initiative to give us a helping hand there. I remember that it was the 2nd time we met this AMAZING lady twice as we met her in our 1st appointment in October, 2021! I am really grateful for Gabby's EXCELLENT WORK ATTITUDE and I do believe TONS of her patients have complimented her before. Hats off to her & I owe her one! There are 2 more medical staff members deserve my compliments & their names are given as follows: The receptionist: Chelsea is exceptionally PATIENT & FRIENDLY while dealing & arranging my wife's emergency appointments. Without her enormous help, I don't think my wife would be able to attend that appointment! Last but not least, the dentist: Chantal GIMBY plays the most important role in the dental check up to my wife & she spent more than half an hour in the consultation & got 2 x-Ray photos done on my wife to make sure the consultation was flawless! Chantal is really PROFESSIONAL, CAREFUL, DEDICATED, PATIENT, THOUGHTFUL & SINCERE while offering her precious dental services. It goes without saying that GABBY, CHELSEA & CHANTAL GIMBY are the real assets & irreplaceable staff members of BUPA DENTAL CARE DURHAM! Back for my check - dentists have changed since last time i was there, but very professional and lovely. I have seen both now and wouldnt mind which one i saw. Very professional and knowledgeable.
